How do you pronounce the company name?
Kakoong pronounced “kah-koong” means “peek a boo” in Korean 

When will my order ship?
3-5 business days after order has been placed (or even sooner :))

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your items as much as we do. If what you've received wasn’t what you thought it was or you have any issues, please contact us via email and we can process an exchange (if available) or store credit. At this time, we are only able to process returns within the US. Everywhere else is a final sale. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. 

Due to hygienic concerns, all accessories are a final sale. All pre-sale, sale, and items used with a discount code are also a final sale. 

To initiate a return, please email kakoongbaby@gmail.com for approval. Any orders sent to us without email approval will not be accepted. 

Customers must initiate a return email within 7 days of receiving their order. Orders must be in its original packaging with label attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resell-able condition. 

All return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Items?
Every single item is carefully and thoroughly inspected prior to packaging and shipping. If you feel you've received a damaged item, please contact us immediately at kakoongbaby@gmail.com and we will try our best to make it right.

How much is shipping?
Use code: FREESHIP for free shipping on all orders in the US over $100 before taxes. For orders less than $100 total, shipping is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout. Codes cannot be stacked.

Do your clothes run big?
The sizes of our items vary. Please refer to the description box on how the item fits or contact us at kakoongbaby@gmail.com with any sizing questions and we'd be happy to help! We follow this sizing guideline

How to care for items?
Clothing and swaddle: Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Hang dry. Cool iron if needed.
Teethers and Toys: Hand wash with warm water and mild soap. Do not place in dish washer.
